Terms & Rules

PhonePlay operates two strictly separated experiences:

• GameArena (Fun Coins) — social-casino games played with non-redeemable fun coins for entertainment only.
• Cash Skill Mode — skill-based contests and 1v1 duels with real cash entry fees and prizes.

These modes never mix. This separation is enforced in our systems, not merely by policy.

Fun coins have no monetary value. They cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash or prizes of any kind.

All chance-based games — Slots, Wheel, Plinko, Crash, Mines, Crash Mines, Wheel Slots, Blackjack, Roulette and Baccarat — are played with fun coins only and can never award cash. Coins may be purchased for entertainment; a purchase is final and grants coins only.

Cash contests (Skill Cash Tournaments and Head-to-Head Skill Duels) are games of skill. Outcomes are determined by player performance (speed, accuracy, reflex, memory and alignment), scored on our servers.

Entry & prizes (current model):

• Players pay a cash entry fee/stake to join a contest.
• A platform service fee (rake) of 10% is applied; the remainder forms the prize.
• Tournaments pay the top 3 finishers (50% / 30% / 20% of the pool). Duels pay the winner the combined stakes minus the service fee.
• Draws are refunded. Unaccepted duel challenges can be cancelled for a full refund.
• Cash duels are played against real opponents only — never bots. If no opponent is available your entry is held and fully refunded if you cancel.

You must be 18 or older to use PhonePlay. Cash contests, deposits and withdrawals are available only where permitted. We verify location and may restrict cash play by region.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before withdrawing cash. Providing false age, identity or location information is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture.

Play should be fun. You can set daily spend limits, activate a cooldown, or self-exclude at any time from the Responsible Gaming page. During self-exclusion you cannot enter cash contests.

If gaming stops being fun, please take a break and seek support. Never play with money you cannot afford to lose.

Automated play, collusion, multiple accounts, and exploiting bugs are prohibited. We use append-only ledgers and audit logs. We may suspend accounts and reverse transactions obtained through fraud or abuse.

Chance games use provably-fair random generation; a seed is provided so you can verify results.

If you choose to add a mobile number, PhonePlay sends transactional texts only: one-time passcodes for phone verification and two-factor login, plus alerts about cash withdrawals and tournament results. No marketing texts.
