PhonePlay Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and located in a jurisdiction where participation is permitted. One account per person. Accounts found to be shared, duplicated or automated may be suspended.

Fun Coins are a virtual entertainment currency with no monetary value. They cannot be redeemed, transferred or exchanged for money or anything of value.

Skill games (1v1 duels and tournaments) are competitions between real participants decided solely by player performance and scored on our servers. Contests are entered with Fun Coins; the Fun Coin entry, prize pool and prize split are shown before you join. A 10% platform fee in Fun Coins is retained from entries. All prizes are Fun Coins with no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or redeemed. Results are final once settled; disputes may be raised with support within 7 days.

Optional Fun Coin packs may be purchased for entertainment; payments are processed by Stripe. Purchases are final, grant Fun Coins only, and never create a money balance, payout or redemption right. There is no real-money gambling on PhonePlay. Chargebacks on coin purchases may result in account closure.

Automation, scripts, collusion, multi-accounting, exploiting bugs or manipulating results is prohibited and results in forfeiture and account closure.

If you choose to add a mobile number, PhonePlay sends transactional text messages only: one-time passcodes for phone verification and two-factor login, and account activity alerts. We do not send marketing text messages. Consent is given by entering your number in the app and confirming the one-time code. The following consent language is displayed beneath the phone number field:
